Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the ZipHealth referral program, you agree to adhere to the following terms to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

General

• This scheme applies to referrals of new customers who complete a purchase and are assessed as eligible for treatment by our clinical team.
• Rewards are only valid if your referral is not someone we already know (i.e. a current, past or prospect customer).
• You’ll earn $20 credit for each new customer you refer who completes a purchase over the minimum spend of $120.
• Referred customers must use your referral code at checkout to receive a $20 discount off their first order over the minimum spend of $120.
• Referred customers may not apply any other discount code to their first order.
• There is only one reward credit for each new customer introduced.
• Discounts and credits only apply to the product and not to shipping costs.
• Unused reward credit expires 12 months after a successful referral.
• You will receive your credit when the referred customer's order is dispatched. We reserve the right to withdraw your reward if the referred customer order is cancelled or rejected.
• We reserve the right to terminate this referral scheme at any time.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to or to terminate access to this scheme to any individual for any reason.
