When you pay by credit/debit card, payments will be shown on your statement under the name Zip.

Yes, we use the same pharmaceutical suppliers and wholesalers as traditional pharmacies. All treatments are FDA-approved.

To legally provide your medication, it’s essential for us to use a two-step verification process, which includes a government-issued photo ID and a current photo of yourself.

You only need to verify your ID with us once.

ZipHealth operates using remote prescribing. We offer safe and effective treatments for conditions we can safely diagnose without a physical examination. If you can’t find the treatment you’re looking for, or you need more urgent care, please contact your physician or local health center.

Contact your physician or ZipHealth if you experience any side effects with your treatment. Seek immediate medical attention if side effects are severe, and call 911 if they’re life-threatening.

ZipHealth has a written complaints policy. To lodge a formal complaint, please fill out our contact form. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days and respond to them within five working days.
